At school, we were also present at The TF Young Asian Leaders Forum & dear editors. In the meeting, I listened to many excellent students speak, understand their growth story, also have a great inspiration to me. I hope I can make good use of my strengths in the future and make contributions to the country and society.

Last Saturday, I accidentally drank decayed milk. After a few hours I began to feel uncomfortable and kept throwing up.

The school has given us a detailed introduction about how to go to see the doctor in Singapore in the first few days after we arrived this country. But I have never thought that I would get ill in Singapore because I was always healthy and seldom got sick before. So I didn’t listen carefully. The only thing I knew was that clinics was popular in this country and only if you got severe illness can you go to the hospital.

Got sick in a different country was a terrible thing because nobody could take care of you and drove you to the hospital. I gave up going to the clinic since I was too uncomfortable.

Thanks to the help of a friend who studied medicine. I told him about my symptoms. He said this was Acute gastroenteritis and vomiting was caused by the body actively excreting pathogens, so what I needed to do was keeping drinking water to prevent dehydration.

I followed his order. After keeping lying in bed for half a day I got well gradually.

Here, time flies so fast, we are going to take SUTD’s mid-term exam. From small to big, big and small began to experience countless times, this time facing the mid-term exam, or a little nervous. But anyway, I have spent a lot of time reviewing. I hope my efforts will pay off.

We are about to leave, and I begin to think about what I have done here, think about what I failed to do as planned as well as what is my future career.

I have to say that for a very long time I was not so positive due to fear for my future. I don’t think I love my major in ZJU, and I regretted for my choice when choosing the major. I began to be careful about my decision and I tried every means to go beyond my comfort zone, trying to do what I could be doing if I didn’t choose Industrial design as my major.

But gradually, I found that I chose this major out of pure love for design, and actually I am still passionate about design now. I do programming for fun, but that is also a kind of interest. So, I think I should make full use of my potential in design and coding, and do projects that not only require coding skills but also require good design.

Finally I decide to pursue my dream as a UX designer, and I hope I can pass the apply for MHCI, CMU next year.

In the research requirement of a course, I get to know many environmental shops in singapore. There is one shop named eco-le arouse our interest. The shop owner insists on providing organic food and reusable container for customers.

We decided to visit the shop to learn more. The shop is far away and we take nearly one hour to reach the place. After understanding our intensions, the shop owner warmly welcomed us. We had chat with her for nearly 40 minutes. She told us that the Singaporean environmental awareness is geting more and more strong. She believed that although her persistence is small to the society, it will come to effect one day. Her belief deeply touched each of us. Environmental protect requires each one of the social members.

Under the arrangement of the school and the foundation, we went on a learning trip. After a long bus ride, we finally arrived at the meeting. On the meeting place, we exchange ideas and share opinions together, and the atmosphere is very harmonious. After that, we went to visit a company responsible for aircraft maintenance near our new home pichangi airport, which was a fulfilling journey.

Since I am in Singapore, it is impossible not to visit orchard road. Orchard road is really big, we have been to three times in total, but we can only go to a few MALL each time, at the same time, the goods here are really rich, and there are many delicious shops. Our group tried a lot of fun, delicious and interesting things!

My iUROP project has made significant progress, and I would like to thank all the members of the project team, especially Chito, for the interesting cooperation with him. In this project, my main job is to design the UI. But we’ve talked a lot about what this project means, and how to apply the results of the sociologists’ early work to the design of our later applications.
This project aims to strengthen the interpersonal relationship in the community, which is a concept I like very much. How to get people to connect outside the world of virtual social networks in a more robust and realistic way is a very interesting topic. I am honored to participate in this meaningful project and contribute my share to it.

My usual place of lodging was the Anglican House. The environment here is very comfortable, downstairs there is a small lawn to chat and read. Various infrastructure is also very convenient, air conditioning, washing machines and so on. But in general, because of the distance from the school, the transportation is not convenient, but still like to live here!

This project allowed me to learn more about Singapore from the ignorance of Singapore. I not only learned about the customs of Singapore, but also the social situation here, the government’s policies and the status quo of many industries. I feel very honored to be involved in this project.

In the entrepreneurship course, in addition to thinking about the feasibility of the project in Singapore, we also considered the feasibility of the project in China. We find that China is a huge market and worthy of further exploration. I also became a very good friend with my team members in this class. They told me a lot of behavioral habits that local Singaporeans know.

I think that in the Internet field, Singapore and China can carry out more technical and hardware cooperation to jointly promote the development of the industry.
